Stock Building Supply Holdings LLC, a provider of building materials that entered the Capital Region in 2004, has received court approval to borrow as much as $60 million from a unit 00004000 of its former parent, Wolseley plc, to help fund operations as it restructures. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary F. Walrath gave Stock permission to borrow the money from Wolseley Investments North America on an interim basis, according to documents filed Thursday.
