Telkom SA on Friday put a date to its proposed delisting from the New York Stock Exchange. The telecommunications operator said it intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on about 17 August and provide a copy thereof to the NYSE to effect the delisting on about 27 August.
