Filed in the U.S. District Court in Western Pennsylvania, against Printcafe executives Marc D. Olin and Joseph J. Whang, the suit alleges securities fraud under the Securities Act of 1933. NEW YORK, Oct 13 (Reuters) - Printing components maker Electronics For Imaging Inc. (nasdaq: EFII - news - people) on Monday said it had set an Oct. 20 election deadline for its proposed acquisition of Printcafe Software Inc. (nasdaq: EFII - news - people). Interestingly, most of the interconnecting structure was supplied through EFI products, through its stable of companies including Best Proofing, TR Systems, and Printcafe.
