Sunnyvale-based Finisar (NASDAQ:FNSRD) said the notes are due 2029 and are subject to market conditions and other factors. The notes are to be offered and sold to qualified institutional buyers, and Finisar said it expects to grant initial purchaser of the notes an option to purchase up to an additional $11 ...
